BUILDING PERMITS
We help in providing building permits from the respective municipality with the help of excellent architects and engineers regarding second dwelling unit within reasonable timeframe.
BELOW GRADE ENTRANCE
For an easy access to the basement, we specialize in building below grade side entrance located at the rear side or in the backyard of the house depending on the situation. This type of entrance involves concrete staircase leading to the door towards the basement along with the aluminium railing and hand-rail for the safety.
ABOVE GRADE SIDE ENTRANCE
Another way to enter the basement to maintain privacy is through the ground level side entrance . This entrance typically involves a side door on the rear side of the house.
EGRESS WINDOWS AND WINDOWS ENLARGEMENT
We install egress windows meaning escape windows as an emergency exit in the basement. We also install new windows and enlarge the existing windows that helps bringing in more natural light in the basement.
